Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower

  • 1 head cauliflower, separated into bite-sized florets

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp ground turmeric

  • 2 whole garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp pepper

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 

On a large, rimmed baking sheet, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly and roast 25-30 minutes, until desired tenderness reached.
