Taking a few minutes to evaluate how you’re really feeling can really go a long way to helping you identify ways to improve your overall mental health.
Next time you are feeling down or in a rut ask yourself these questions.
When did I eat my last meal?
Have I had any water?
How long have I spent on my phone today?
When did I last speak to someone about my feelings?
What can I celebrate today?
What is taking up most of my headspace today?
When did I last go outside?
Am I tired?
What can I do that will improve my mood?
What triggered the current feeling of anxiety or anxiousness?
