Creamy Kale Pesto (vegan and oil-free)! (Copy)

This kale pesto is delicious, packed with nutrients, and contains no dairy or oil, making it a great healthy alternative to traditional pesto! It can be used as a dip or spread or as a topping for pastas and pizzas. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Ingredients:
1.5 cups fresh kale
1 cup fresh basil
¼ cup raw cashews
¼ cup raw pine nuts
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
4 tablespoons unsweetened plant milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Add ingredients through plant milk to a blender or food processor
Blend, adding plant milk 1 tablespoon at a time, until smooth
Add salt and pepper to taste and blend to incorporate
Store in the refrigerator or freeze for longer shelf life
